Partners Protocol

We are a network of Baton Rouge business owners. Since we prefer doing business with each other using our Moxey, there are a few things that will help you get started with receiving business from our community.

FOR THE BUYER

  • Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

  • Before you make your next cash purchase, call your PartnersOne team to see if what you need is available on Moxey.

  • Treat Moxey as cash. When possible get various quotes and review the quality of goods and services before you make a purchase.

  • Identify yourself as a PartnersOne member when calling the contact name from the company on the directory.

  • Prior to spending, it is wise to make sure that you have the Cash Reserve funds to cover the Transaction Fee and the gratuity if applicable.

  • Gratuities are always payable in cash (industry standard 18%). This can be paid by your Cash Reserve, provided that you have the funds.

  • Transaction fees of 10% for Moxey purchases will automatically be deducted at the point of sale from your Cash Reserve Account.

  • Process all invoices in the Moxey Management System in a timely manner.

  • All transactions are to be paid 100% Moxey, unless pre-approved by Partners.

If you have family members or employees who who will be using our system, please make sure that they have seen this.



FOR THE SELLER

  • Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

  • PartnersOne members go out of their way, driving past your competition and ending current business partnerships to do usiness with you for trade. Educate your team members on treating these clients with extra care!

  • Return calls in a timely manner.

  • For your protection, call for approval (24/7) on large transactions.

  • Process Moxey Transactions same day.

  • Charge prevailing prices with 100% Moxey. (includes specials, happy hours, etc).
